Our time together begins with a Life Design Discovery Session. In this 30-45 session, we will decipher your "expansion themes" through a game of questions that allow me to get a glimpse into your likes, dislikes and desires. It's the best kind of quiz...it's only about everything you love!

Once we uncover your themes, we're ready for our two expansion sessions. These sessions allow us to deeply explore how your themes currently affect different sectors of your life (Home, Work, Relationships and Self) and how you can integrate them more seamlessly from a place of connection and presence. We'll discuss what you'd like to infuse more of into your daily life, so that you can embody it and bring it to existence.
